Heating Instructions

FROZEN

Conventional Oven: Preheat conventional oven to 400ºF. Remove aluminum lid, bend slightly long ways to elevate from mozzarella & replace lid. Place on rack in middle of the oven & bake for approximately 2 hours or until internal temperature is at 160ºF. Let it sit until ready to eat.

Convection Oven: 350ºF for approximately 70 minutes or until internal temperature is at 160ºF. Let it sit until ready to eat.

FULLY THAWED
