Recipe Development

We are fully equipped with our own professional R&D lab, practicing proprietary recipe development. The Gourmet Boutique R&D Team all obtained degrees in culinary and food science.

We use strong, classic culinary techniques providing artisan appearance. We practice hand made, small batch production, combined with large volume manufacturing capability.

Packing & Shipment

We produce approximately 25,000,000 lbs. of product per year in both fresh and frozen formats. All foods are packed MAP or HPP processed fresh, with a 14-75 day shelf-life, and frozen with 6 months to 1 year shelf life.
